PAYMENT METHODS

All purchases of fine art and framing from www.mframing.com are billed through Masterpiece Framing Inc. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks and money orders. Your statement will show a charge from Masterpiece Framing Inc and typically be processed within 24 hours of order placement. There is a 5-7 business day hold placed on all checks received. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping and handling charges are based on the order size, weight, destination and the required shipping method. Typically, shipping and handling charges range from 5-12% of your order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for domestic deliveries and 2-4 weeks for international deliveries. If you live in the Chicagoland area, consider visiting Masterpiece Framing to pick up your order and see more framed artwork in person. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE REFUND POLICY

Masterpiece Framing aims to provide you with the highest quality fine art and frames. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve it for you quickly. Paintings must be returned in their original condition and accompanied by a return authorization number. Refunds will be issued for merchandise returned within 30 days from delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable and there is a 15% restocking fee.
